1Introduction

3Account Registration

4Deposits

All deposits on 77gg are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform accepts deposits via the following local payment channels:

Deposits are credited to your 77gg account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel but most InstaPay transactions reflect within minutes. 77gg does not accept deposits via credit cards, debit cards linked to credit facilities, or cryptocurrency. Only the payment methods listed above and displayed on the Deposit page are currently accepted.

You must only deposit funds that you own and that come from legitimate sources. Deposits made using funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity will be voided and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. These limits may be adjusted as part of your account settings or VIP tier, as applicable.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso and returned to the same payment channel used for the original deposit. This means if you deposited via GCash, your withdrawal will be sent back to your GCash account. This policy exists as a standard anti-money laundering measure.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed identity verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and may include a selfie verification step. Withdrawals will not be released to accounts that have not passed KYC review.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the channel and your account verification status. Fully verified accounts at higher VIP tiers receive priority processing. Standard withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within one to three business days, though this is not a guaranteed timeframe.

The following conditions may delay or withhold a withdrawal:

7Gameplay and Fair Use

77gg provides access to a range of game types including live casino tables, video slots, table games, eBingo, sports betting, and crash games. Each game type operates under the rules set by the respective game provider, and those rules apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

The following behaviours are prohibited on the 77gg platform and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to manipulate or automate gameplay
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or calculation faults in any game to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games

For sports betting, all settled bets are final once the relevant event has concluded and odds have been confirmed. In cases of clear pricing errors, 77gg reserves the right to void the affected bets.

8Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability
